          We offer Same Day Delivery within the Sydney Metro region* for a flat rate of $30 AUD. Orders must be placed during Monday - Friday by 11am AEST. Orders placed after 11am, on weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched the following business day. 

          All Same Day deliveries require signature upon delivery. If there is no one available at the premises, it will be returned to our Head office.           Preorder items will be shipped from the month listed on the product page at the time of placing your order. Should there be any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will update you by email on any changes to the arrival date.



          If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately, with email title 'Order Cancellation' and the order number. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. Items on preorder cannot be cancelled once placed.
